Preset "T" Handle Slip Type Torque Tools  - foolproof accurate torque control at a very reasonable price has made our "T" handles indispensable in countless applications. Design is based on solid steel construction and a torque mechanism machined from aircraft quality high alloy steel.  Our selection of extensive drive sizes and features makes it easy to find the ideal tool  for your application.  These durable torque tools are preset at the factory to a specified torque value. Upon reaching the specified torque value, tools automatically release and reset. This action prevents tightening above the preset value. The Seekonk "T" handle should maintain its accuracy for one year. For heavy usage or extreme environments, more frequent calibration is recommended. Economic field quality control is possible by means of a Seekonk torque analyzer. Accuracy: 2-10 in. lbs = +/- 1/2 in. lbs / 11-25 in. lbs = +/- 1 in. lbs. / 26-50 in. lbs. = +/- 2 in. lbs / 51 in. lbs +, = +/- 4%

 
Preset  "L" handle Slip Type Torque Tools - extend fool proof versatility into a convenient "low profile" configuration. As with our other slip type tools, over torquing is impossible even with continued turning. Minimum head diameter design allows access into hard to reach areas. The unmatched performance and endurance exhibited by these tools are made possible by internal components produced on Seekonk's state of the art CNC machining centers. Both the advanced design and production of these and all other Seekonk products are controlled by our ISO 9001:2000 quality system. Tools are pre-set at the factory to your requirements. Under normal use, yearly calibration is sufficient, however; routine calibration checks on a Seekonk torque analyzer would be considered prudent.  Standard accuracy +/- 4%

Preset Slip Type Torque Screwdrivers - extend fool proof torque limiting action into a convenient compact design. A precision clutch mechanism suspended between heavy duty thrust and lateral bearings provides accurate and consistent operation. As with other Seekonk slip type torque tools, over torquing is impossible, even with continued turning. Accuracy +/- 3%  PIN VISE ACCOMMODATES: .040 Screwdriver blade, .100 Screwdriver blade, #0 Phillips, #4 Allen.

Adjustable Slip Type Torque Screwdrivers - For applications where various torque settings are required, the Seekonk MCX Screwdriver is the tool of choice. It's exclusive pop up micrometer type adjustment feature makes it the most compact tool of its kind anywhere. Ideal for use in hard to access areas. Extensively used in electronic field service. Accuracy +/- 3% + ½ in.lb. Conforms to Military Spec. MIL-W-29497B.
 

Inline Torque Limiter - Control torquing through clutching action. No chance for error because preset torquing action prevents overtightening, even with continued turning or differing tool lengths and adapters. Use with your 3/4" ratchet or breaker bar. Laser marked, color coded ID ring prevents confusion when multiple tools are used. Torques right or left, but is certified to +/- 4% accuracy in one direction only. High Precision Torque Limiting Knob -This unique knob combines a high accuracy (+/- 4%) clutching type torque tool within an attractive ergonomic grip. The tool has an integral lockup design that overrides the torquing action in the un-tightening direction. Color coded laser marker ID ring on face of the grip facilitates use of multiple units. Tool supplied with 3/8" mating hole secured by 1/8" roll pin. Adapter kit converts tool to 1/4" mating hole, 3/8-16 by 1.5" bolt end or 1/4-20 by 1" bolt end.TORQUE RANGE 5-50 IN. LBS.
